Returns
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if stock is available. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
